Booking Policy:
Booking & Payment
*A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and services.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than [2 weeks] before the event date.
Cancellation Policy
*All payments made are non-refundable, as we begin planning, purchasing ingredients, and preparing for your event immediately upon booking.
If you need to cancel, we offer a one-time reschedule (subject to availability) if notified at least [10 days] before the event.
Rescheduling Policy
* If you request to reschedule your event, your deposit will be applied to the new date.
Reschedules must be made at least [10 days] before the original event date, and the new date must be within [1 month] of the original booking.
Last-Minute Cancellations
*If you fail to communicate a cancellation or reschedule within the required timeframe, all payments will be forfeited and a new booking will be required.
